The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use and side effects.
• Will work closely with the patients and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and improve health outcomes.
• Manage all clinical pharmacy programs including but not limited to:
  • Medication Synchronization
  • Vaccinations
  • Therapeutic Optimization
  • Nutrient Depletion
  • Administration of Long-Acting Psychotics
  • Compounding
  • Adherence Packaging
  • Medication Therapy Management
• Abide by all State, Federal laws and Third Party guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures
• Help supervise and support pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy team members.
